3.1 Registration Information

During the registration process at dewa33, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as it appears on your official identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active dewa33 account at any given time. This includes using the same name, address, phone number, payment method, or device to register a second account. Dewa33 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, dewa33 reserves the right to freeze all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your dewa33 account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. Dewa33 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the dewa33 support team immediately.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Dewa33 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following local Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions must use a payment method registered in the member's own name — the use of third-party accounts is not permitted.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Dewa33 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or as part of routine security checks. The KYC process requires a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card or passport. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or suspension.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the dewa33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Dewa33 does not accept transactions in any foreign currency. Any attempt to transact in a currency other than RM will be automatically rejected.

Dewa33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise specified in the terms of the relevant promotion.

• All deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering ratio is 20x deposit amount + bonus unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new dewa33 member. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is a breach of these terms.
• Dewa33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. However, bonuses that have already been credited with outstanding wagering requirements will be honoured.
• Bonus wagering on games with a very high fixed probability of winning (above 80% win rate) may not count towards fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• Any signs of bonus abuse, including hedge betting or the use of strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The weekly cashback bonus value is calculated based on net losses within the specified calendar period and is credited every Monday.

6.1 Disputed Game Results

Dewa33 uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all digital games. Results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be altered. For live casino games, live video streams record all dealer actions, and these recordings may be submitted as evidence in the event of a valid dispute.

6.2 Technical Failure

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session — such as an internet disconnection, server issue, or live streaming failure — dewa33 will use records of completed hands or rounds to determine the valid outcome. Bets placed on rounds left incomplete due to a technical issue on dewa33's end will be refunded to the member's account.

6.3 Sports Betting & E-Sports

Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event type and betting market. Dewa33 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where appropriate.

• Fraud & Forgery: Providing false information during registration, the KYC process, or any communication with the dewa33 team.
• Money Laundering: Using the dewa33 platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing purposes.
• Poker Collusion & Cheating: Secretly cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Use of Unauthorised Software: Using automated bots, artificial intelligence software, hacking tools, or any program designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim new bonuses, or employing betting strategies clearly intended to exploit bonus terms.
• Cyber Interference: Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the dewa33 platform.

Dewa33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of the terms set out in this document, confirmed fraud, suspicious activity, or at the member's own request.

If an account is suspended pending investigation or verification, funds held in that account will be kept secure and remain inaccessible until the investigation is concluded. Should a breach be established, dewa33 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the relevant activity.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the dewa33 support team via live chat or email at support@dewa33.top. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the closure request has been processed and the final withdrawal confirmed.
